Lie # 26 “According to God, every Christian is a sinner saved by grace.”
No, not according to Romans 5:19. “For, just as through the disobedience of one man (Adam), many were established as sinners, so also through the obedience of one man (Jesus), many shall be established as righteous.” So, every Christian (reborn of God) is a righteous saint – even though he or she sometimes still sins. Why? Because he or she is no longer in Adam but in Christ. One’s nature i.e. (who one actually is spiritually) is determined by birth (or rebirth) not by behavior. See Lie # 17 for more.
Lie # 27 “Currently, there are three spiritual kingdoms: heaven, hell and the one you are in now until you decide which one of the other two you will permanently join.”
No, this common, sometimes unconscious, belief hides the desperate condition of mankind’s existence because of Adam’s fall. All created human beings (except for Jesus, the Man) descended from Adam and, therefore, inherit his fallen nature which is disconnected from God spiritually. Every human is under the power of Darkness until and unless he/she chooses to be reborn of God and, thereby, be delivered from that power by being translated into the Kingdom of God’s beloved Son, Christ Jesus, according to Jesus’ revelation to Paul in Colossians 1:13. See Lie #18 for how to be reborn of God. There are only two Kingdoms.
Coming Next Week: Lies # 28 and #29 that often confuse many Christians. REMEMBER: Wrong believing which leads to wrong living. Conversely, right believing leads to right and prosperous living in Christ. Contact me (below) with any comments or questions about the content of this Blog. Lenny
We know from scripture that Jesus was crucified, died and was buried, then He arose from the grave and later, ascended to heaven to sit at the right hand of Father-God.
We now also know, through the Fifth Gospel that Jesus revealed directly to Paul, that the same process happens spiritually, by grace through faith, to every in Adam person who becomes ”saved” by being reborn of God through agreeing with Romans 10:9-13.
By doing so, one’s core being – the spirit-self that is dead to God in Adam – is made alive as a New creation, who never existed before, and is now spiritually compatible –“one spirit” with God in Christ. Paul referred to this transformation happening in one’s “inner man.”
