46 Lies That Trap Many Christians – #24 and #25

Lie # 24 “There are many ways to God besides Jesus.”

No, not according to Jesus who said “No one can come to the Father unless by me” (John 14:6). Only Jesus, as fully God and operating on earth as fully Man, could do for us what was necessary for our redemption and salvation – the finished work of His divine exchange. He made a way back to God when there was no other way. All other belief systems are frauds, which I prove in my book found on this site titled God’s Solution For A Fractured America.

Lie # 25 “Because God is so loving and merciful, eventually all mankind will inhabit heaven.”

No, this doctrine of Universalism is not conclusively substantiated in the Bible. This is the extreme opposite of Calvin’s doctrine of hyper-predestination which states that only certain, pre-selected humans are going to be in heaven. Both doctrinal extremes negate the gift of free choice that Jesus restored to mankind at Calvary – regarding salvation. The requirement of being “reborn of God by faith,” in order to be compatible with a perfect heaven, is a choice offered by grace through faith, not accomplished by God’s sovereign, unilateral dictate. The Bride’s marriage to the Lamb is not a shotgun wedding. See Chapter Thirteen in my big “Elephant” book on Amazon for much more revelation.
